| An example of a teambuilding concept "Fighting the Elements" Content The four elements fire, water, air and earth founds everything we are surrounded by. CoastZone North Atlantic has constructed a programme where the participants are given the opportunitiy to challenge the elements on the Faroe Islands. CoastZone North Atlantic has a variety of different activities within each element. It is therefore possible to adjust the composition in order to challenge and create success for each individual. Goal The purpose of “Fighting the elements” is to create a different and entertaining experience for the group. An experience that challenges the participants in the four elements. With fun and educational input on an individual level as well as social in a dynamic atmosphere. Outcome An unusual environment helps to sharpen the senses. In that way it is possible to increase the ability to receive new impressions. Every participant will find security within the unity and common experiences. The group experiences nature’s vagary on the Faroe Islands. An environment including the possibility of rapid weather change in a blink of an eye.
